Shipping Policy
1. Delivery and pick-up methods
- SF Express courier service delivered directly to industrial buildings or residential addresses
- SF Express self-pickup service: you can pick up goods at convenience stores, business points, and intelligent cabinets
- Self-pickup at the downstairs of the studio (Hung Fung Industrial Building, Hung Hom) or MTR station delivery
2. Shipping instructions
- About 7-10 days after the order is placed, it will be sent out (except for products shipped on the same day)
- After sending it out, you can receive it in the afternoon of the same day at the earliest, and at the latest in the evening of the next day
- If there are many orders or force majeure natural disasters during festivals, shipments may be delayed
