Customized products
All Rosebay customized products are made for you. We do not accept returns/refunds for engraved products. If you return a customized product that belongs only to you, it cannot be used for other purposes. Hope you can understand why we cannot accept returns/refunds.
non-customized products
In order to let you buy with more confidence, we have set up a 7-day return and exchange guarantee for you. This return guarantee is limited to products with obvious non-human defects after receiving the goods. (Word engraving, wrong picture)
replacement
- The product must be sold on Rosebay, and the price must be higher than or equal to the returned product.
- If the price of the selected product is higher than that of the returned product, the customer needs to pay the difference.
- Shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
In order for us to return the relevant money to you more quickly, please contact our customer service staff, and the gift box and attached gift (if any) will be sent back to us directly, and the return will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the return payment.
In order to maintain the preferential price of the item, we have not included the additional shipping fee in the selling price, so sorry that the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Refund
After receiving the returned product and checking that the product is intact, we will refund the money to the customer within 3 working days.
- If the order comes with a free gift, it needs to be sent back together, otherwise no refund will be given.
- Shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
