Customized products
All Rosebay customized products are made for you. We do not accept returns/refunds for engraved products. If you return a customized product that belongs only to you, it cannot be used for other purposes. Hope you can understand why we cannot accept returns/refunds.
non-customized products
In order to let you buy with more confidence, we have set up a 7-day exchange guarantee for you. This exchange guarantee is limited to products with obvious non-human defects after receiving the goods.
replacement
- The product must be sold on Rosebay, and the price must be higher than or equal to the returned product.
- If the price of the selected product is higher than that of the returned product, the customer needs to pay the difference.
- Shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
